Leather remembers the hands that shaped it.

For two decades our workshop on Lebedynskoho Street has been cutting, skiving and stitching bags, travel goods and leather accessories — one hide, one seam, one standard at a time.

The House

We are not a factory that happens to work with leather. We are a leather house that happens to own its factory — the cutting table, the skiving room, the stitching line and the finishing bench all live under one roof in Vinnytsia. Nothing leaves the building until it has been held, turned and refused at least once.

The making

Five rooms a hide must pass

01

Selection

Every order begins at the hide table. We buy in whole sides, read the grain against the light and mark the belly, the neck and the scars. Roughly a fifth of each side never becomes a product — and that is the point.

02

Cutting

Patterns are laid by hand before a single blade moves, so that the strongest fibre runs along the strap and the softest sits at the gusset. Clicker press for volume, hand knife for the pieces that show.

Clicking room
03

Skiving & edging

Edges are bevelled, sanded through three grits, sealed and burnished until they take light like polished wood. It is the slowest room in the building and the first thing a buyer touches.

Stitching

Post-bed machines for the long seams, saddle stitch by hand for the stress points. Bonded polyester thread, 5 to 7 stitches per centimetre, tension proofed on an offcut from the very same hide.

Finishing & control

Hardware set, lining checked, wax fed into the grain by hand. Then a full load test, a zip cycled two hundred times, and a signature in the ledger. Only then does the dust bag close.

Six families, one standard

Own-label production and private label for houses across Ukraine and the EU. Each family runs on its own pattern library, its own hardware set and its own control sheet.
