Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data Vinnytska Shkirhalantereina Fabryka collects through this website and in the course of commercial correspondence, why we process it, how long we keep it and what you can ask us to do with it. We have written it in plain language on purpose.

- Technical data generated by your browser: IP address, user agent, referring page, and the language preference we store in your browser's local storage.
3. Why we process it, and on what basis
We process enquiry data to answer you and to prepare an offer — that is performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering one. We process correspondence and order data to manufacture, deliver and account for your order, which is both contractual necessity and a legal obligation under accounting and export law. Technical data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site available and secure.
4. What we never do
We do not sell personal data. We do not build advertising profiles. We do not use third-party marketing trackers, and this website sets no advertising cookies of any kind.
5. Cookies and local storage
This site does not use cookies. It stores a single value in your browser's local storage — your chosen interface language — so the site opens in the same language next time. You can clear it at any moment through your browser settings; nothing else on the site depends on it.
6. Who else sees your data
Only parties who need it to complete your order: our hosting and email providers, carriers and customs brokers when goods are shipped, and our accountants and auditors. Each of them acts under a written agreement and may use the data only for the task we set. We may also disclose data where a Ukrainian authority is legally entitled to request it.
7. Transfers outside Ukraine
If you are based in the European Economic Area, delivery and customs clearance require your contact and consignee details to be transferred to carriers and authorities in your country. Such transfers happen only to the extent needed to perform the contract.
8. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an order are erased within twenty-four months. Order and accounting records are kept for the periods required by Ukrainian accounting and customs legislation, normally three to seven years. Technical server logs are rotated within ninety days.
9. Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of your data, for correction of anything inaccurate, for erasure where we have no further legal ground to keep it, for restriction of processing, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to info@shkirhalantereina-fabryka.store and we will answer within thirty days. If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you may complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or to the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
10. Security
The site is served over TLS. Access to correspondence and order files is limited to named employees, protected by individual accounts, and reviewed when roles change. Technical drawings and patterns supplied by clients are stored separately from general correspondence and are never used for any product other than yours.
11. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new date at the top. Material changes affecting existing clients are additionally announced by email.
